It has come to our attention that some unscrupulous persons are passing themselves off as representing or affiliated with THE PHILODRILL CORPORATION (“PHILODRILL”). They have been appropriating our identity with the intent to defraud unsuspecting members of the public. One of the platforms being used by these impostors is the email address
info.philodrilltender@gmail.com.
Relative to this, a certain Miss Josephine Flores has been misrepresenting herself as Vendor Coordinator of Philodrill and has been sending out online vendor registration notices and reaching out to people trying to seek potential partnership for alleged 2025/2026 projects.
For the avoidance of doubt, PHILODRILL is not conducting any vendor accreditation nor seeking potential partners for unspecified 2025/2026 projects. Furthermore, Miss Josephine Flores is not in any way connected with our Company.
The general public should take note as anyone who engages with Ms. Flores, or any other person using the platform and materials promoted by the imposters, does so at their own
risk.
PHILODRILL shall not be responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liabilities for damages of any kind arising out of the use of, reference to, or reliance on any information contained on the said email or any correspondence from the impostors.

He is currently a Senior Advisor and a member of the Board of Directors at Anglo Philippine Holdings Corporation. Reynaldo E. Nazarea joined The Philodrill Corporation as Vice President for Finance in 1987. By enhancing connectivity, the program empowers communities with the essential tools for a more inclusive and technology-driven future.
Expanding on the consortium’s efforts to provide accessible internet to local schools, the Joint Venture has donated 26 additional Starlink kits and portable solar generator sets to 26 schools in Busuanga, Palawan.
These contributions aim to improve connectivity and educational resources, empowering students and teachers with access to modern learning tools. This initiative reaffirms the consortium’s commitment to advancing education and supporting community development in its project impact areas.
NPG, as the Operator of Service Contract 14C1 – Galoc in partnership with the Philodrill Corporation and
its other joint venture partners completed a water system project in Busuanga, Palawan, as part of the
Galoc Production Operation’s Community Assistance Program.
This initiative provides clean and safe water to households without potable water, enhancing public
health and overall community well-being. By providing a reliable water source, the project also supports
the region’s growing tourism industry. This endeavor underscores the consortium’s dedication to
improving quality of life and fostering sustainable development in its areas of operation.
